In order to see your past order, one needs to register first. All of our registered buyers can see all their past orders after registration in the “My Account” section.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still see your past order by providing the order number and e-mail address used during check out. In order to see it please visit “Track your order” page.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery credit cards thru PayPal.
You can pay your purchase by your Credit Card / Debit Card via PayPal page. Once you land to the PayPal page, it will give you two option. First one to login with your PayPal account. If you don’t have one or do not use it, choose option second option below and click to pay by “Credit or Debit Card” button.
We do not store any credit card information of our customers on our systems. As part of the check out process, payment is handled on PayPal’s site. Once we receive the message from PayPal that the payment is collected successfully, we finalize the order process and let our customers know that it is successful.
You will receive an invoice by e-mail, after you place your order successfully. If you are a registered user, you can also download your invoices at my account page.
In order to place the order, you need to click on the Accept terms and condition check box that is right above the payment button.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we pack and ship it within 1-2 business day.
We use UPS or USPS for shippings. It takes 2-5 business days for orders.
All shipments will have a tracking code and that will be forwarded to you by e-mail as soon as an order is shipped.
If you have just received the tracking code, it might take 3-6 hours for the carrier’s system to upload the data for tracking. You are kindly requested to check back later on. If it does not show up within 24 hours please let us know, so we will follow up on the shipment.
Unfortunately, we can not ship orders to PO Box addresses.
Responsibilities of buyer:
– Please make sure that contact information and delivery address are correct as well as address not vacant.
– Please act on time to any delivery notices left by the local postal service.
Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, damages and/or delays caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, the buyer must deal directly with their local services by using the Tracking Number provided after the shipping.
International shipping of some products are restricted.
There are some countries that are listed in the country list during the check out process. Those are the countries, we can send our products that are not restricted by the manufacturer.
If your country is not in the list, please get in touch with us. When you send us your message, please include the item(s) name, quantity and destination address. One of our representative will get in touch with you with a price quotation as soon as possible.send your message
Shipping charge is calculated based on total weight and destination. Once you enter your address at the check out page, you will see the shipping charge of your order.
All new merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with us before sending the merchandise. All costs and responsibility related to return of the merchandise are buyer’s responsibility. There will be 15 percent restocking fee for all the returned items. Any returned item that is not in original condition will not be refunded and can be send back to the buyer after shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
For vintage merchandise, they are sold in AS IS condition and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns.
Due to the nature of vintage, there will possibly (and naturally) be some minor flaws on some items. We take the utmost care to provide accurate information on all details of items; measurements, color, era, and also flaws. As the seller, we fully acknowledge this responsibility, and will do our best to provide an accurate account of each item.
For all merchandises, as a buyer it your responsibilities to :
– Review all photos
– Carefully and fully read each item’s description in detail.
– Know your measurements and make sure the garment measurements are suitable for your fit (please review Sizing & Measurement section for additional help).
– ASK WHEN NOT SURE. If you have questions or need any additional information about any feature of the item (color, condition, fit, additional measurements or photos, etc) please contact us. We are happy to provide more information on anything in the shop. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like to ensure you will be pleased with your order.
– Place purchase after all these steps.
Also to note, vintage items have had a previous life, so we cannot guarantee an item’s longevity which includes, but is not limited to, the construction (including integrity of thread, seams etc.), fabrics used or materials, pigments, dyes, trims and adornments on the item.
Please get in touch with us before returning an item via our Contact page. There will be no refund for items send back without getting a written confirmation from us.
